The workshop's participants were; the representative of some ministries, donor organizations, organizations which work on disabilities issues, some of disabled people and international experts.

The workshop aimed to highlight the concept and its various details, and to present some international experiences which applied this article like Sweden, Australia and Serbia. In addition the workshop discussed; the possibility to apply this experience in Palestinian territories, the effects and the changes which might affect both side; Palestinian society and disabled person. This point created a tension for some audience and gave a hope for others. It's impossible to talk about any process of change without consequent fears and emotions, which vary from person to another and from institute to another.
By the end, the organizers (stars of hope society and handicap international), confirmed the importance of starting to think seriously about applying this concept and to aware the society and the people with disability about it.
