On 15th &16th of November,2008, Stars of Hope Society organized a gender training in its office for 14 women with various disabilities from most of west bank's cities. It lasted for 12 hours divided into two days. The main key points in the discussion were: Definition of Gender, the difference between Gender and sex, gender roles, cultures and socials institutions role in gender function stereotyping and whether Palestinian laws considerate gender issues. Making groups and discussion among participants and trainer were the training style.
